The oppressed Sheik Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife malama Zeenatu are among the victims of Zaria massacre of 12th December, 2015. They were severally shots by the Nigerian army in their bodies and drag their bleeding bodies in to the corpses of thier 3 biological sons that were shot to death during the incident to illegal D.S.S Custody and cruelly detained them with dangerous injuries for years and later transferred them to kaduna state prison service.
Sheik Zakzaky and his wife visa denial for medical trip by the federal government of Nigeria under Major General Buhari led-administration is unconditional and violation of their constitutional rights if the general public can recall that on 28th July, 2021. Kaduna State high Court under Chief justice honorable Kurada has discharged and exonerated Sheik Zakzaky and his wife for full freedom which brought an end to their stay in prison. Inspite the facts that they have been illegally detained for over five years with dangerous injuries in their bodies which can end their pretty lives and now that they want to go abroad for proper medication, the Government of anti-masses have deny them access to their International passport for no reason.
I want use this medium to inform the general public, National and international community to know that what so ever happens to Sheik Zakzaky and his wife health's, Buhari led-administration must be held responsible as they don't have any constitutional right to deny them access to their International passport since the federal high court have confirmed their full freedom.
Justice delay is justice deny, injustice every where is a threat to justice any where.
We demand immediate and unconditional access to their International passport for urgent medical attention.
