-Scabies - is a Cuternious parasitosis due to the presence of the mite sarcoptes scabiei hominids within the epidermis.

*Clinical feature*
Ordinary Scabies...
In adult and children,

-Itching, wost at night,
very suggestive of Scabies if close contact have the same symptom.

Treatments of Scabies in all cases.

-close contact of the patient are treated simultaneously, even in the absence of symptoms.
-clothing and bedding {including that of contact} after each treatment. They are washed at >60% then dried in the sun, or exposed to sunlight 4 72hours.

-Lice (pediculosis) {ƙwarƙwata} ƙeya

Pediculosis is a benign contagious parasitic infection due to 3 spacies of the lice specific to human. head lice, body lice and public lice transmission from person to person occur through direct or indirect contact.
Body lice are potrncial vector for relapsing fever typhus and trench fever.

Clinical feature.....
-headlice... Only affects children :itching and scratch mark(nape and neck and around the ears).
-Body lice mainly affects population living under poor conditions or living in poor environmental condition.
-Public lice are considered to-be sexual transmited infections, itching and scratches mark.

Treatments......
Headlice...
Apply to dry hair1%permitrine lotion live in for 10 minute.

Body lice.....
For mass treatment outbreak :apply 30-60g (2-4 heapsoup spoons) of 0.5%permithrin powder to the inside of the cloth and under clothes in contact with skin and (front, back, neck, sleeves and SOCK) in a fully clothed patients.
