IT'S MEANING AND TYPES
NON COMMUNICABLE DISEASES:- For simple diffination and minimizing, we can explain it as a diseases that are not caused by pathogenic micro-organisms. They bring about pathological changes in an organ, which result from the deterioration of body tissue.
So, this kinds of diseases are not spreads or transfered from the infected person to another. Staying, shaking hands or living with the victim will not affect you, its not as Covid-19 （the nation policy）.

Some common types of non communicable diseases in Nigeria today includes；
（1）- HYPERTENSION （High blood presure （HBP）
（2）- DIABETIS MELLITUS
（3）- ASTHMA （Bronchial asthma）
（4）- SICKLE CELL DISEASES
（5）- CANCER and
（6）- EPILEPSY
We shall explain atleast three （3）of them to know their meaning, sign/symptoms, causes and its preventions.
