CAUSES OF HYPERTENSION （9-11）
（9）- PARSONALITY TYPES:- Certain personalities are more susceptible to hypertension than others. For example, an individual who strives for excellence in every undertaking （type A）may become terrible worried or anxious at slight deviation from his or her target. This condition precipitates excessive secration of adrenalin which is associated with high blood pressure. Type B individuals （persons who are easy going）are likely not to have high blood pressure when they experience disappointments.
（10）- HIGH SALT INTAKE:- Excessive intake of salt particularly when the food has been completely cooked pushes up the blood pressure.

（11）- ORGANIC MALFUNCTION:- Malfunctioning of certain organs such ad the liver, kidney, renal glands and so on cause blood pressure elevation.
PREVENTION
（1）- Avoid smoking.
（2）- Regulate your diet by avoiding high fact and cholesterol-rich foods.
（3）- Avoid consuming excess salt.
（4）- Have a sensible programme of routine engagements including exercise.
（5）-Have periodic medical examination.
（6）- Learn to adjust youeself to the enviroment.
（7）-Take enough time for sleep, play and relexation.
（8）- Emotional stability.
