MA'ASUMAH NIGERIAN NEWS UPDATE

*INTRODUCTION*
Assalamu Alaikum Warahamatullah! Dear brothers and sisters in Islam particularly in the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sayyid Ibrahim Yakuq El-Zakzaky (H).I hereby to call our attention and advice us to change the strategies and tactics on how to deal with this oppressive Government which their main aim is to kill our leader Sheikh Zakzaky, because all personnels of Kaduna State High Court are under the control of crueless and heartless Governor of Kaduna State in person of Nasiru Ahmad Hell Rufa'i which he assures the general public that Sheikh Zakzaky may likely face death penalty, despite the fact that the Federal High court that sat in Abuja on 2016, has already granted him and his wife Mu'allima Zeenatu Freedom and ordered the Federal Government to pay them compensation of the sum 50 million Naira to each for illegal detention and damages caused to them. Unfortunately, they refused to obey that court order, which implies that they will surely fail to obey the second judged if the it is not in their favour.
Government has no right to exist if it can not protect the lives and properties of it's citizens.
We should think outside the box. Because, it's high time for us to wake up from our slumber or deep sleep that we have been doing years ago. Imagine... How can we sit down folding our hands thinking and waiting justice to be done by the ruling class while they are the one formulated the laws to protect their own intrest, we should change the gear of our thinking machine, as i mentioned earlier, take a look in the following
*Karlmarx Analysis*
1. They are the one ( the government) who created courts itself and pay the workers.
2. They created the laws on how this country would be governed, which includes dos a dons of this country.
3. They are the one established prisons and jails in favour of their own intrest
4. They create and appoints judges or justices who presides Zakzaky's case.
5. And, the judgement is Zakzaky versus Government, therefore it's directly against the government's stance by violating his private and personal life.
6.They accept orders from the developed capitalist countries of Europe.
Therefore, from the points given above by Karlmarx, we should stop deceiving ourselves by thinking that court will continue to make judgment in favor of Sheikh Zakzaky, but against him all the way. "All laws are not exceptional, many forms of crimes are committed by ruling class to protect their own interest because they are the one defines what is good and bad" Since they are the one define what is good and bad how do you expect them to define Zaria massacre as a terrible act and expect them to do justice to their challengers ? marx conluded by saying that the only language understood by oppressive Government is critical challenges.
The solution giving by imam Khomeini is that: The strugglers Should Stand against the ruling class by overthrowing them and establish a system of equal justice and treatment
