IT'S MEANING AND SPECIFIC AIMS

First aid can be defined as an immediate or a temporary treatment given to a patient/person who is injured or suddenly ill, before transportedor taking him to the hospital or handed over ta a medical doctor .

But, the specific aims of first aid can be explain detailly as to:-

（i ）- Save the life of casualty；

（ii ）- Prevent his clinical condition from deteriorating ；

（iii ）- Make the casualty as comfortable as possible ；

（iv ）- Promote subsequent recovery .
