THE VITAL FIRST AID TECHNIQUES ON FOREIGN OBJECT IN THE EAR AND NOSE .
FOREIGN OBJECT IN THE EAR

（1）- Do not attempt to remove solid objects so as to avoid perforating the ear drum.
（2）- If the object is an insect :
（i ）- incline the head with the affected ear upper most；
（ii ）- flood the ear canal with clean, tepid water ；
（iii ）- do not attempt this procedure if the ear is painful；
（3）- Send the victim to hospital for safe removal of solid objects .
FOREIGN OBJECT IN THE NOSE

When the object is in the nose, the following techniques will be apply ；

（1）- Ask the casualty to breathe through the mouth and not to snuff.
（2）- Do not attempt to remove the object at home. In doing this, you may damage nasal tissues or push the object inwards.
（3）- Send the casualty to hospital immediately.
